INFORMAL CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Consultation

Consultation is the first step in the informal conflict management process. Our Conflict Management Practitioners will meet with you to allow you to share your perspectives on the situation of concern, explore problem-solving options and make an informed choice about the use of conflict management mechanisms. 

Conflict Coaching

Coaching is a structured and goal-oriented process. We assist clients in developing skills and confidence so that they can manage an actual or potential issue on their own or achieve a specific goal. Coaching is pursued over a finite period of time.

Mediation

Mediation is a confidential, collaborative and often creative process in which a neutral, impartial and qualified mediator assists parties in their attempts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution of their issues.

Facilitated Conversation 

The facilitated conversation is a collaborative problem-solving process in which an impartial facilitator assists parties or work teams in their attempts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

Group Intervention

We work in collaboration with a work unit affected by conflict to assess the situation and design a group process that helps address issues and bring about positive change.

Group Facilitation

We guide and assist groups in enhancing their effectiveness in working together, making decisions, as well as resolving tensions or complex situations. We can facilitate this in a variety of contexts, including:
